Windows 8.1 already offers sufficient functionality for lossless text scaling, windows and 2D-graphics, so that it automatically adapts to high resolution. Both display options (Full-HD and 4K) are based on IPS technology and thus allows a very high view angle. In addition, both panels have a maximum sRGB colour space coverage of 100% making it perfect also for professional iamge editing.
