PRESS RELEASE

10 May, 2018, London  - Today Groov-e announces the latest in its range with two new wireless speakers – the Wave I and Wave II. Designed specifically for portability and on-the-go use, these compact Bluetooth speakers provide powerful sound and impressive battery life in a splashproof case. With a timeless design, the Wave speakers are perfect for use in the garden, on the beach, by the pool or camping at a music festival where the Great British weather can be a bit unpredictable.

There are two models in the range to choose from:

Wave I:

Lightweight with a unique circular shape, the Wave I is portable and easy to store in any bag for days out, commuting or travelling. Conveniently designed with a Carabiner clip means it can also be hooked onto clothes or bags for easy tunes on the go. No need to worry about it getting wet either as the Wave I is IPX4 water resistant. Music can be streamed wirelessly via Bluetooth from up to 10 metres away, or plug it into any smartphone or tablet with the attached audio cable. Despite being small, the Wave I doesn’t compromise on great sound or battery life, packing in a 3W speaker with a playback time of five to six hours. No need to spend hours stuck to a socket, as the speaker is fully charged after just two hours.

Wave II:

The Wave II has many of the same features as the Wave I but boasts a different design and a more powerful spec. Minimal and rectangular in shape, it offers impressive sound in a small package. Splashproof (IPX4 water resistant) with a handy Carabiner and a 6W speaker, users can listen to music during any adventure with its 1200mAh battery providing up to eight hours of music playback. The Wave II can then be fully recharged within three hours via a micro USB cable.

Kunal Patel, Director, Groov-e said: “With the Wave I and II we’ve designed quality, affordable Bluetooth speakers that allow you to take your music anywhere, whether that’s the pool, park or festival. You can even take it on holiday, it’s so small and lightweight you’ll hardly notice it in your carry-on! It’s stylish, easy to use and has all the features you need without compromising on sound – it’s even water resistant, so no need to worry if it gets splashed or more likely rained on.”
