Partnership to bring premium performance audio products to athletes who demand the ultimate in sport and sound

The first products to market feature a line of wireless sport headphones - UA Headphones Wireless Heart Rate and UA Headphones Wireless, both Engineered by JBL®.

The flagship model, UA Headphones Wireless Heart Rate - Engineered by JBL, provides instant heart rate measured directly from the ear at the touch of a button, letting athletes fully embrace their workout without the need to pause to check a band, watch or phone. With a built-in connection to UA Record, Under Armour’s definitive health and fitness platform, these headphones constantly stream heart rate data to keep athletes synced with their fitness goals 24/7/365.

Pairing JBL’s signature sound with Under Armour’s best-in-class standards for premium sport performance, both models of headphones are built for durability and feature an IPX 5 rating built to withstand sweat and water. In addition, JBL’s Twistlock™ technology guarantees the headphones will never fall out while the Flexsoft™ finishing provides long-lasting comfort. Athletes that purchase the UA Headphones Wireless Heart Rate and UA Headphones Wireless will receive a complimentary 12-month MapMyFitness® Premium subscription. The UA Headphones Wireless - Engineered by JBL will become available in Europe end of February 2016 for £149.99. The UA Headphones Wireless Heart Rate - Engineered by JBL will hit shelves later this year and can be purchased for £229.99.
