Apple has rolled out an update for its iPhone operating system, taking the version number up to the dizzy heights of 3.1.2.
The release, available via iTunes, includes a number of bug fixes - including problems with handsets waking from sleep, an "intermittent issue that may interrupt cellular network services until restart" and a "bug that could cause occasional crash during video streaming".
The update could weigh in at over 200MB depending on the previous installed software version, but Apple doesn't specify any other enhancements.
The OS 3.1.2 update is also available for the iPod touch.
