Remember the mysterious new Halo project that we know Bungie is working on? Well, we might not have to wait much longer to find out what is as Bungie has today launched a page on its official site with a timer counting down to approximately 3.06pm this afternoon, which suggests that a big unveil is coming our way.

The site shows flashing messages such as 'Pardon our Dust' Services Will Resume' and 'No Public Access'. Tongues are wagging feverishly amongst Bungie community members with the general consensus being that this will be the unveiling of the new Halo game.

Could it be the squad-based shooter, Halo Blue, that was rumoured a few months ago?

We'll just have to wait and see. Set your alarm clocks.
