Mr. Brown? That sounds too much like Mr. S**t.
A game based on Quentin Tarantino's cult film Reservoir Dogs was announced way back in 2003. Up until now we've heard little about the plans for the title, or whether it's still going ahead.
Blitz Games, under the Volatile games label, are now developing Reservoir Dogs for the PS2, which is due for release at the end of the year.
According to Playstation Magazine 'It will be primarily a third-person shooter, but the game will also incorporate driving elements. 6 of the main characters from the movie will be featured in the game and Michael Madsen will reprise his role as Mr. Blonde.'
Reservoir Dogs is a story about six gangsters who use codenames, such as Mr Pink to protect their identities. They carry out an armed robbery on a diamond store, which fails after an alarm is tripped. It materialises that one of the six is an undercover police officer, but who?
The game was originally planned by SCI games for PS2 and Xbox, there are no plans to bring the game to next-gen consoles.
