Which fantastic games do you think are about to surpass the sales of the epic shooter, Gears of Wars? Lost Planet perhaps? Maybe even Rainbow 6 Vegas? Surprisingly, it's actually Midlands-based Blitz games's trio of titles, that were specifically for the Burger King chain.

Despite only being sold in the US, the three games have sold a massive 2 million copies so far. Burger King have been quick to let the world know of their fantastic games when they issued a press release saying that their games are "joining the ranks of other top-selling titles such as Call of Duty 3 and Saint's Row". The Burger King games, Big Bumpin', Pocketbike Racer and Sneak King are given to customers as part of $4 Burger King meal, so it's pretty obvious why the games are so popular.

The gameplay is apparently appalling and the official Xbox 360 magazine seem to sum it up perfectly when they say, "The only thing worse than playing these games is having them forever on your gamertag."

I love the quote XD
And to think that I could be working for Blitz if I wanted to…they are recruiting new developers at the moment (targeting graduates)…but I REALLY don't want to live in the midlands/Stafford after uni so I'm not going near them..

I'm amazed they are doing so well though, they really are quite a small company, so good luck to them :)

yeah, i like Blitz and being from the Midlands myself I hope they do really well. I'm quite jealous that the US got these games, they didn't cost anything - where are ours!
