Discover the real truth behind the lost fleet of Marco Polo

What is Uncharted 2: Among Thieves?
Naughty Dog’s second game in the PlayStation 3-exclusive series follows fortune-hunter Nathan Drake on a Tomb Raider/Indiana Jones-style hunt for a raw sapphire named the Cintamani Stone. Taking up Marco Polo’s trail in search for the mythical kingdom of Shangri-La, Drake tackles the ice and snow of the Himalayas, jungles of Borneo and the streets of a Tibetan city as he comes up against a paramilitary leader and his private army who are also desperate to get their hands on the relic.

Gameplay combines path-finding exploration similar to the Tomb Raider series, alongside bouts of stealth, melee and third-person shooter combat. Uncharted 2 employs a cover system that allows you to move discreetly around the environments and Drake possesses climbing, pole-swinging and ledge-jumping abilities that allow him to reach dizzy heights so that he can get the edge over his opponents.

Uncharted 2 is one of the most hotly anticipated PS3 titles of 2009 and a lot of noise has been made about the high-quality cinematic presentation of scenes, characters and dialogue, all rendered within the Naughty Dog Engine 2.0.

If you're looking for one reason to get a PS3 this Christmas, you've just found it.
