You will need a good fan to blow through your radiator. I'm using a large 120vac fan. The voltage allows me to run it from the wall plug, instead of the computers power supply. This could help you if you have a wimpy power supply, or a lot of power hungry devices. You will also need to make sure all of the air goes through the radiator. I plan on achieving this with a small duct. I have heard that obstructions close to a fan can have a big effect on how much air it will move. Try to give your fan a few inches on either side. This extra space will ensure that you are getting all of the air flow you can.

The down side of water cooling.

Although I have made all of my choices to ensure that nothing will go wrong, an electrical failure or leak can destroy your processor or entire computer. To safeguard against this, I will add some relays and fuses to make sure that if my fan, water pump or peltier element fail, my computer will lose power. This type of shut down may damage my hard disks, but that is better than frying my system or worse, starting a fire.
