PRESS RELEASE

A collection of luxurious handmade British covers for the iPad 2 and iPhone, oozing style, protection and a clever multi-purpose design

Notting Hill, London, 21st  September 2011 - Pipetto, premium designer and manufacturer of on-trend functional cases for the Apple iPad, MacBook and iPhone, today introduces the HunterWanderer Collection - a bold, British inspired accessories range for iPad 2 and iPhone. Designed in Notting Hill, Pipetto's classic Autumn/Winter 2011 range is handmade from genuine British wax cottons and Italian leathers, to make the products look and feel different than any other. More than just superior materials and a lifetime guarantee, though, what really makes these cases unique is the combination of clever design, style and 6-way functionality, which aims to enhance the user-experience and extend battery life for iPad 2.

One of the only cases on the market with a handle, the durable and light HunterWanderer cases' six functionalities include the standard reading, watching and typing positions (for facetime calls, movie viewing or web browsing) as well as an innovative extendable handle allowing three additional features.

The adjustable handle, firstly, defaults to a slim carry position, which folds flat easily for slipping into a purse or briefcase. Secondly, the handle can be extended for a longer carrying position, to fit over a shoulder or bag handle while travelling. Thirdly, and most impressively, is the extended wrap-around position (patent pending) that allows the case to be securely attached to a car-headrest, perfect for use with a wireless keyboard for writing emails or watching a video on a long journey.

Finished with Italian leather with detailing in traditional tartan lining for additional padding, the HunterWanderer collection is finished with hand stitching around each cut-out section for the headphone jack, speaker and 30-pin USB port and also hides a slim, multi-purpose pocket on the back of the case for storing receipts or charging cables. The slim design though measuring just under 2cm ensures protection against damage, yet is sleek enough to be easily slipped into a bag or briefcase.

Chantal Therien, founder and designer of Pipetto London comments, "Just over three years ago, when Pipetto was founded, there were few premium technology accessories on the market, no leather laptop sleeves, material or colour choice. By working closely with companies such as Apple, Selfridges and Harrods, it became apparent that quality, functionality and style, though often competing, must go hand-in-hand to add value to the product its designed to encase.  A result of this philosophy is our new HunterWanderer range, a bold British collection which has been handmade using only high quality materials, to protect, wear well, and give our customers something unique and on-trend."

The HunterWanderer is designed for the iPad 2 but is compatible with iPad 1.  The case measures 2cm (D) x 25cm (H) x 19.5cm (W).  The iPhone cases are designed for iPhone 4, but will also be available for the next generation iPhone.
