Lian Li has launched a trio of all-aluminium computer chassis today - comprising of the mid-tower PC-Z60, plus full-tower PC-Z70 and PC-P80N models.
The PC-P80N (pictured above) is said to be inspired by the 2008 PC-P80 - part of the manufacturer's ARMORSUIT range. There's support for a full range of form factors - all way from HPTX to Mini-ITX - and flexibility to accommodate graphics cards up to 390mm in length. The cooling setup comprises of six fans - three 140mm intake fans located along the front panel, plus two 140mm fans on the top panel and a single 120mm fan at the rear, taking up exhaust duties. Dual 2.5in and ten 3.5in internal drive bays, are complemented by three external 5.25in bays.
The PC-Z70 (pictured above) also accommodates graphics cards up to 390mm in length, and supports HTPX, EATX, ATX and Micro-ATX form factors. The cooling setup here is three 120mm intake fans that can be accommodated on either side panel, plus a combination of dual 140mm top panel and single 120mm rear panel fans, on exhaust duties. The PC-Z70 offers nine internal 3.5in SATA hot-swappable drive bays, plus two 2.5in bays, adding to a trio of external 5.25in bays. Lian Li mentions that the HDD mounts are also lockable, to put an emphasis on security.
Last, but not least, the PC-Z60 (pictured above) is affectionately known as the Z70's little brother - thanks to the remarkable similarities it bears to its larger sibling. Form factor support extends to ATX, Micro-ATX and Mini-ITX, plus accommodation for graphics cards up to 305mm in length. The cooling system again goes for dual 120mm intake fans - that can be located on either side panel - together with single 140mm and 120mm fans located on the top and rear panels, respectively, to take care of exhaust duties. Six internal 3.5in SATA hot-swappable drive bays (which, again, can be locked for additional security), team up with two 2.5in bays, and a complement of three external 5.25in bays.
Price tags, excluding taxes, are expected to be $489 (PC-P80N), $389 (PC-Z70) and $269 (PC-Z60) respectively, with availability expected at the end of May.
