ASUS ROG MATRIX GTX285
There's no shortage of NVIDIA GeForce GTX 285s in the market, but ASUS can afford to do it a little different.
The ROG MATRIX GTX285, pictured below, features ASUS' exclusive Super Hybrid Engine. That'll deliver optimal performance through real-time hardware loading detection with five-level LED indicators and automatic adjustment, says ASUS.
Also new to the card is a revamped version of ASUS' iTracker2 tweaking utility. As always, it allows for "robust hardware monitoring", and it now also features support for memory timing settings, VBIOS burning and a recovery application allowing users to restore the card to its original state.
On top of that, ASUS tells us the card has 46.5 per cent more heatpipe coverage - allowed for a 12 per cent increase in heat dissipation. In other words, you should expect more overclocking headroom.
