Up top

The front and the top of the chassis can be removed and doing so shows just how easy it is to dress up a plain box to look far from plain.

The large mesh panel on the top allows appropriate airflow to a pair of optional 120mm fan that can be fitted inside at the top of the chassis.

Also up top - but near to the front - are two USB ports and sockets for headphone and mic. The same panel also carries a single six-pin FireWire port and this is accompanied by a second panel carrying a single eSATA port.

Yes, there are FireWire and eSATA - just as there should be - and the eSATA port will be especially useful if you've bought yourself a Cooler Master XCraft 360 eSATA enclosure!
