External Appearance II
Behind the aluminium flap are ports for a microphone, earphones, 2 x USB 2.0 ports and a firewire port. These are neatly labelled on the reverse of the aluminium flap. On the other end of these ports are loads of small connectors that plug onto your motherboard. You will need to refer to your motherboard user's manual to find the correct combination and where to plug them in. Plugging them onto the wrong pins on the motherboard could damage the ports and motherboard. The connections are clearly labelled and also illustrated in the installation guide that comes with the case. The side panels are extremely easy to remove from the case. They are held on with 2 thumbscrews and simply slide back and lift off to remove each side. There is no transparent windowed side panel option with the Lian Li PC37. The optional Lian Li transparent window panel will not fit the Lian Li PC37, as this is designed for the PC6x range which is slightly larger in size. |
