From the front…continued
From this perspective you can clearly see why we related it to the Wave Master design, the distinct curve of the door has been seen many times and yet it still seems to just ‘work’.
Door open, pulled away from the magnets which secure it in place, we get a chance to take a closer look at the HDD system and the available bays on the front of the iTower 930.
The HDD caddy itself consists of four 3.5in hot-swappable drive caddies shipped as standard.
Each of the four bays hold the drives upside-down, with the top of the caddy itself protecting the drive circuit boards, mounted using four enclosed screws. The lever for the drives opens right-to-left and each of the caddies features a power and activity light on its far-right edge.
With five further 5.25” bays available from the front, along with a modular 3.5” or 5.25” bay, there is plenty of space for all the drives you should need.
