The extra juice required to get to an all-core 5.0GHz isn't prohibitive - about another 50W or so over stock - and any reasonable PSU will have no problem in providing the power.

What's more important is CPU cooling, and we recommend investing in a high-quality air or decent all-in-one liquid cooler to get the most out of the chip.
