A couple of observations here. The first is that SPECwpc doesn't readily scale past 64 threads for most tests. The second is that General Operations uses NAMD encoding as part of its benchmark. It's problematic on the 3990X because it's the only chip that cannot complete it, hence the zero score. The issue appears to be the sheer number of threads confusing the program.
