Gaming Tests - FHD

Focussing on FHD gaming performance, the chips fall into three camps. Up top are the premier Core, followed by a glut of 8/12/16-core Ryzen 5/7/9 CPUs, and then with Core i3/i5 and Ryzen 3s bringing up the rear.

It's telling that the 3100 suffers here due to a lack of frequency and high-ish latency. This is why we urge you to find the extra £20, or $20, for the 3300X; it's fundamentally better.
