We've made mention that the two Core i9 chips are almost identical. It's curious the 10850K draws 26W fewer from the mains. Looking into it further, it runs at a marginally lower voltage - 1.2V vs. 1.247V - which helps explain the power saving.
Gaming is mostly driven by the RTX 2080 Ti graphics card. Reason enough we don't see a large deviation between results.
