Here's a huge turn-up for the books. The Radeon HD 3870 X2's pure processing grunt leaves the GTX in its wake. Indeed, at 2,560x1,600 it's over twice as quick!
However, we reckon the GTX's results are artificialy low, due to, we reckon, a driver anomaly. We'll look at this again when we incorporate Ultra results.
