Power, Temperature and Noise

Knowing that Nvidia has had to increase the wick on these new GPUs, power consumption is in line with expectations. We know the RTX 2060 Super behaves like a stock-clocked RTX 2070 in the framerate benchmarks, and it mimics that card in power consumption.

RTX 2070 Super continues to ape the RTX 2080 on which it is built.

Temperatures are pretty consistent amongst our line-up. Nothing to be concerned about here.

And those Founders Edition cards are a known quantity. Not the loudest, but neither are they the quietest, both cards strike a reasonable balance between noise and perf.

We expect partner cards, usually overengineered for the GPU in question, to be a decibel or two quieter under load.
