Rendered at QHD or UHD resolutions and making use of DX12 technologies such as asynchronous compute, explicit multi-adapter and multi-threading, Time Spy is a modern 3DMark benchmark that hints at GPU potential in today's latest games.
We didn't expect too much of a leap in performance from GeForce RTX 2080 Founders Edition to the Super variant. As conjectured on the opening page, performance is about five per cent higher on the newer model.
A deal-maker? Certainly not if you are thinking of moving over from the regular RTX 2080, but anyone coming from an older card and with considerable money to spare, RTX 2080 Super makes sense.
