Power, Temperature and Noise

Power consumption is in line with expectations and performance.

The cooler switches the fans off at low loads, and this is why the temperature is higher than most other cards. Peak temperature is decent, too.

Our logs show that by restricting the maximum temperature to 77°C, the fans spin up at 60 per cent of maximum, or 2,100rpm, leading to a steady hum that's definitely perceivable at full load. We guess that's to be expected when you run with a cooler not as beefy as on Inno3D's more premium RTX 2070 Super cards.
