The card pulls a maximum 322W, according to GPU-Z's board power analysis. That's bang on reference money.

And though the cooler is only the width of the I/O bracket, it does a good job at keeping the GA102 Ampere die at very reasonable levels.

Adding the Booster fan does little to reduce temps further; we see a 1°C reduction in under-load temps, though situating the card in the bottom x16 slot, which is necessary for including it, means there's less airflow coming in from the two front-mounted chassis fans.

But the rub is that the fans' speed escalates to around 2,000rpm, leading to a noisier solution than we'd like.
