Increasing the power target to a maximum 105 percent, we managed an extra 85MHz on the core and 1,200MHz for the memory.
An extra 3.2 percent hardly seems worth the effort.
It is highly unlikely you will manage an extra 5 percent framerate on top of what's available out of the box.
