Power, Temperature and Noise

MSI's Suprim X may be quickest of the RTX 3080 Ti bunch, but that extra bit of frequency headroom results in a noticeable uptick in power consumption. Zotac, meanwhile, does well to keep in line with Nvidia's reference board.

It has been a stiflingly warm day, but no bother, the triple-fan Amp Holo is able to keep core temperature well within the normal range.

Noise levels are more of a mixed bag. Zotac's custom build is silent when idle and fractionally quieter than the Founders Edition when gaming, but isn't quite as serene as MSI's Suprim X. On the plus side, our review unit didn't exhibit any noticeable signs of coil whine.
