Battlefield 3 is one of the most popular PC games of the year and features breathtaking visuals and an absorbing multiplayer component.
What's the best single-GPU graphics card for playing Battlefield 3? ASUS would argue it's the GTX 680 DirectCU II TOP, and we can see why. The card blazes through this title, delivering almost 10 per cent extra performance over a reference GTX 680. At 1080p it's almost as quick as two HD 7970s running in CrossFire. Good going, though, we reckon the 2,560x1,600 score could be limited by the card's 2GB frame buffer.
