X² - The Threat
X² is DX9 (just) and a decent benchmark test when you use the demo version.
With gobs of extra memory bandwidth and an extra texturing unit, the 5900XT has no problem winning this particular test, despite a core clock deficit of over 100MHz to the other two GPUs. At the median setting it's a full 13% faster than the 9600XT, the nearest GPU in terms of X² performance.
