Racing games can offer dazzling visuals when delivered at buttery-smooth framerates. Grid Autosport is a prime example and is benchmarked with maximum quality settings plus 8xMSAA at FHD, 4xMSAA at QHD and 4K UHD.

Scaling isn't as brilliant in Grid Autosport, most likely due to the game being CPU limited to a larger degree. Titan X SLI is about as fast at 4K as a GeForce GTX 980 is at 2,560x1,440. The price difference is about 4x, mind. Spending about 30 per cent of the Titan SLI task brings almost-comparable performance from the dual-GPU R9 295X2.
