So has PNY been overly conservative with the shipping frequencies? The answer appears to be yes; the card runs at over 1,250MHz core (1,400MHz boost) while memory operates 7,712MHz.
An improvement? Yes sir.
We're looking a 20 per cent improvement by fiddling around with the clocks.
