3D Performance

3DMark03

Some 300 points clear of any of the other boards, the S4 puts in a good DirectX 9.0 performance, as measured by 3DMark03. Infact, the performance trend (without anti-aliasing applied) is the same throughout, as the S4 is asked to run the rest of our usual test suite.

Unreal Tournament 2004

Well ahead of the 5700 LE and the 9550, the OmniChrome has absolutely no problem putting distance between itself and the other budget GPUs on test. Its basic architecture (four basic pixel pipelines, a texture unit per pipe, 128-bit memory bus and two vertex units) and core clock (325MHz) allow it to do so.
