The important line here is the black one. A GeForce 6800 GT 256MB card, costing £250+, is only useful as a reference guide. ATI's X700 PRO's results are of most comparative importance here. In that respect, Inno3D's card starts out well in this synthetic test.




The performance concession of having only 4 render outputs doesn't appear to hinder performance all that much when AA/AF are applied. It's the nature of rendering that's important in determining what kind of performance compromise having only 4 ROPs is going to make.
