Gaming is one of Razer Blade's major selling points and the 3DMark results are right in line with expectations. Nvidia's GeForce GTX 1060 delivers more performance than the previous-generation GeForce GTX 980M, resulting in solid 3DMark Fire Strike results and good consistency, as illustrated by a 97.2 per cent pass rate in the Time Spy Stress Test.

For gaming purposes the matte 1080p display makes a whole lot of sense. A GTX 1060 GPU has the firepower to deliver modern games in excess of 60fps using high-quality settings, and though quality may need to be reduced in the most demanding titles (Deus Ex being a good example), there's a healthy amount of gaming potential on offer.
