Vitals and Battery Life

A couple of points to note here. The CPU boosts to 3.5GHz but quickly heats up to 100°C. The Stealth's firmware throttles it by about five per cent frequency, enough to keep away from reaching the maximum thermal limit, yet plays it close to to the wire. Getting every last ounce of performance out of the chip means running it hot.

Secondly, the battery-life tests show that powering a 13.3in, 3,200x1,800-pixel screen isn't that easy on mobile longevity. Still, getting on towards nine hours is a healthy return from the built-in 53.6Wh battery.
