Benchmarks: Display Brightness
Good brightness, deep blacks, wide viewing angles and a matter finish contribute to what should be a well-rounded display whose 144Hz refresh rate bodes well for fast-paced gaming. It is a fine IPS panel, but there is a caveat in that our review sample exhibits above average backlight bleed on the left and bottom sides. You can't help but notice the glow once you know it's there, and we're intrigued to hear whether any early adopters see similar or if we've just been unlucky.
