Limited colour coverage might not be considered much of an issue on a gaming laptop, however the below average brightness leaves something to be desired. The IPS display appears dull and lacking in vibrancy (outdoor visibility is horrid despite the matte finish), and though viewing angles are forgiving in all directions, this is an adequate 1080p panel but no more.
