Review: Lenovo ThinkPad X1 Extreme

Intel's Core i7-8750H is one of the most powerful processors in its class, yet we've seen that performance can vary significantly depending on implementation. There's clearly some throttling in evidence - our logs reveal the chip averaging around 2.7GHz under extreme load - so while performance can be exceptional, the X1 Extreme isn't the best at maintaining peak speeds.
