You could argue that Aero 15 X9's optional 4K panel is no longer cutting edge given that it lacks support for HDR and adaptive-framerate synchronisation, yet it remains a strong choice with good brightness, reasonably deep blacks and satisfactory contrast. The big caveat, we feel, is the price premium, and we suspect most gamers will gravitate toward Gigabyte's more affordable full-HD 144Hz model.
