Differences in implementation tend to rear their head in the longer Blender test. Performance mode pushes the chip more than you might think.

Maintaining an all-core 4.0GHz places this laptop top of the charts. Such speed requires the chip to average almost 80W under sustained load, which is way more than the 45/65W commonly advertised. Sadly, Blender wouldn't run on the Radeon GPU, hence the score of zero in that particular test.
