Dual-channel Athlon 64 power to the fore. ABIT's VIA K8T890-powered PCIe board matches NVIDIA's nForce4 SLI at the get go.

Memory latency, or lack of it, has always been a S939 strongpoint.

The AX8 just shades the other two in Pifast, coming in with a very commendable <50s time
