The obvious competitor is the Asus X570 Crosshair VII Hero WiFi, which costs £50 more, and performance is pretty similar between both.
Using PiFast as a proxy for light-load tests, we didn't see the processor maintain the peak boost frequency of 4.6GHz at any time; it topped out at 4.55GHz, albeit very briefly.
