The B560 chipset doesn't support manual CPU overclocking, hence the maximum 4.8GHz frequency here.
We couldn't run memory as high as on Z590 and ASRock's AVX implementation also meant that it was impossible to lock the chip to an all-core 4.8GHz for the overclocked Blender test.
