B560 chipset-based boards have shown greater energy efficiency than Z590. Even so, the lower-than-expected Blender power draw is solely down to MSI running at slower all-core speeds, as explained previously. Is it a case of the BIOS limiting wattage because of the average heatsink cooling performance?
