The Samsung Spinpoint 1TB drive is new to the suite and averages almost 100MB/s when reading.
XFX uses a JMicron controller - JMB381 - for FireWire duties, and no matter how many times the test was run, it fell behind the T.I. ASIC on the Foxconn board.
