Storage evaluation and power consumption

ASUS doesn't fare quite as well as expected in our storage tests. USB 3.0 and SATA 6Gbps performance is good, but Gigabyte's UD3 has a slight edge on both fronts.

Factoring in ASUS's extensive feature set, power draw was always going to be slightly higher than the listed Intel alternatives. Nonetheless, Sandy Bridge as a platform offers an impressive amount of power-per-watt.
