Power Consumption

We had suspicions that, while purporting to run at default settings, Gigabyte's full-ATX A85X-UP4 was adding extra voltage to the chip. The micro-ATX version, A85XM-D3H, is certainly more frugal in the power stakes, generally matching the micro-ATX ASRock board. An AMD APU system needn't be loud.
