Analysing the spec sheet tells you everything you need to know. It's nForce2 without the MCP-T bridge, instead using the cheaper, less feature packed MCP version. That means no FireWire or Soundstorm audio, but you still get a pair of ATA133 ports, Ethernet networking and audio pushed through Realtek's ubiquitous ALC655 CODEC.
No SATA, unlike the PT800TWIN, means your disk connectivity options are slightly limited out of the box, but it's forgiveable. AGP makes an appearance for overriding the onboard VGA core, you get 5 PCI slots for expansion and 4 USB2.0 ports.
Like the PT800TWIN, the N2VIEW's features aren't its strongest point.
