Uniformity and Power Consumption
Colour uniformity
Uniformity is often a stumbling block on larger displays and our review sample certainly has a weak spot in the bottom right-hand corner.
Luminance uniformity
Luminance uniformity isn't perfect, either, with variance reaching up to 10 per cent at the top and bottom. You can notice it once you know it's there, though we haven't found it distracting during regular use.
Power consumption is satisfactory for a screen of this size, and a word on FreeSync, which works as expected. Hitting the optimal 48-75Hz range takes a little fine tweaking of quality settings, but get inside the sweet spot and games are rendered with unmistakable fluidity.
