Brightness and contrast isn't a strong suit, and certainly nowhere near enough to provide a worthy HDR experience, yet for gaming purposes 350+ nits can be deemed plentiful. In fact, those who game in a dark environment will appreciate that brightness can be dialled down as low as 37 nits.
