These figures are understandable because of the Corsair kit running at a higher speed.
It's worth knowing that G.Skill doesn't retail a higher-frequency kit if going down the 32GB-per-DIMM route.
Still, quad-channel RAM allied to a ridiculous amount of on-chip cache ought to mitigate against significant performance drops.
